Collier arrivé cassé

Hélas... Je n'en ai plus besoin (c'était pour une occasion spéciale); mais Ti Sento me l'a renvoyé derechef. Ce qui engendre des frais de port de retour indécents. Alors que j'aurais souhaité être simplement remboursée du collier et des frais de port de retour. Merci.
