I‘ve tried contacting you via email to let you know that there is a problem with the PostNL‘s delivery. Sent 2 mails in 2 weeks and never got an answer from you!
I never received the parcel, because the PostNL sent it back without anyone trying to contact me!
I would really want to know what’s gonna happen now. Either find a way to ensure that I will receive my order or have a refund from you.
